St George Caye, Belize is a private Island. We went there for our 45 anniversary. It is an all inclusive resort in the sense that meals and drinks are provided. The rooms are in bungalows and since we visited there, overwater bungalows have been added. It is a small island with this resort, and a few vacation homes that were empty when we went in August. Most likely during our winter months, people will be in their vacation homes in St. George to get warm. We had a special dinner for our anniversary there in the garden, which they decorated and served us by candlelight. You can also have your choice to eat on the beach. The rest of the meals were family style. As I write about my paintings, I kind of feel like Im creating a traveler's advice book. lol
